"Pod" Method 2.0
Avoid auto-pods (risk of ban). Create a group of 5-7 colleagues. Agreement: ask a complex question in the first 15 minutes, not just "Great post!".
The First Comment Is Yours
Write: "P.S. The most controversial part of this post is point #3. How do you solve this?". This lowers the barrier for others.
Tagging with Consent
Tag experts ONLY if you have discussed it in DMs: "Michael, we talked about this yesterday, what do you think?".
Content with Commitment
"I will post the full PDF diagram once this post gets 50 fire 🔥 reactions". Gamification forces the audience to engage.
Trigger Buttons
Comments are often hidden in TG. Use buttons below the post: [Disagree] vs [Support]. This creates the appearance of a crowd.
Vulnerability as a Magnet
Instead of "We are the best!", write "We have 0 users and we're scared. Here's our plan". The Underdog effect makes people root for you.
Beta-List FOMO
Create scarcity. "Only 10 spots left for alpha testers". Fear of missing out (FOMO) outweighs the fear of being the first one to join.
